  • My guest today is award-winning Santa Fe writer Rosemary Zibart. Her career covers almost every genre from novels for adults, children and young adults to film scripts and full-length plays. Most of all Rosemary is a storyteller, an astute observer of our times, and a fascinating researcher of times and centuries and characters steeped in the past. Rosemary is currently immersed in five different projects including a one-act play “Dizzy,” a delightful and insightful take on 19th Century British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, and a true story of survival in the harsh Utah wilderness. In addition, Abby is the Performing Arts Director for the Children’s Cancer Fund of New Mexico, where she creates opportunities for children living with cancer to explore acting, music, modeling, and other creative outlets. Her work reflects a passion for both the arts and the community, blending professional achievement with a deep commitment to making a difference.Christina Gopal is an actor, producer, manager, and modeling agent. Born and raised in Chicago, she relocated with her family to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2007 for her husband’s job. Christina holds a BS in Nursing from Grand Canyon University but transitioned to the entertainment industry in 2010. For the past 15 years, she has managed her sons’ acting and modeling careers, with both her and her sons represented by Presley Talent Agency. In 2014, Christina founded Diva’s Perfect Productions and has produced multiple films, including The UnExpecteds, Millenium Bugs, The Awakeover, Captive, and Rivals, as well as the award-winning YouTube series Diva’s Perfect Posse. She also produces photography shoots, workshops, and charity events. In 2018, she co-founded and was elected President of Cutie-Q, a non-profit educational resource for youth models. Christina is certified in Fashion Styling through the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and launched Perfect Models Management to mentor models of all ages. In 2024, she was asked to join and lead the Modeling Division at DMe Talent Agency. Outside of her professional work, Christina enjoys watching the NM Ice Wolves and cheering on all Chicago sports teams (except the Cubs). She loves traveling with her family, with Italy being her favorite destination for its wine, food, and deep family ties.Gene Hunt is an actor, filmmaker, and the Associate Director of the Mindfield Film Festival – Albuquerque. He holds degrees in Theater and Construction Science from Kansas State University, blending a strong artistic foundation with practical expertise. After a successful career in construction, Gene returned to his creative roots, focusing on acting as his primary passion while also building projects as a filmmaker. With several recent standout roles, he continues to establish himself as a dynamic performer whose perspective strengthens both his own work and the broader independent film community.

  • An honor to be with the twenty-fifth Poet Laureate of the United States, Arthur Sze, to discuss his extraordinary signature project as Poet Laureate, Transient Worlds: On Translating Poetry. A beautiful and concise volume that celebrates the language of poetry from ancient to modern times around the globe. Arthur is joined by gifted writer and translator, Kareem James Abu-Zeid who will be one of six other poets reading translations of work by some of the most revered poets.   • Jeremy ReoNason is an actor, martial artist, and stunt performer located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He spent his youth and early adulthood growing up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania cultivating a deep love for film and on screen performances. During his college years attending The University of Pittsburgh he studied Theatre Arts and Film Studies alongside his major of Forensic Investigation and Behavioral Sciences, all of which contributed to his passion for character study and character driven storytelling. At twenty five years old he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to pursue his ambition of becoming a dramatic actor.Jeremy accelerated his break into the industry by leveraging not only his training as an actor, but his skills as a physical performer as well. Capitalizing on two decades of martial arts training in various styles such as Tang Soo Do, kickboxing, and traditional jujutsu, combined with a high degree of general physical ability, he joined up with Rising Star Stunt Team to become a stunt performer and action actor. Now, nearly two years into his career, Jeremy has worked on over two dozen projects across the southwest as a dramatic actor, action actor, or stunt performer. He continues to push onwards towards a greater range of dramatic roles that fulfill his spirit as an actor.Gary Choi is an fight/stunt coordinator and assistant director, known for Infrared Dreams (2020), Jurassic Thunder (2019) and Curse of the Ark Exitus (2021).A lifelong marital artist in Chinese kung fu has been practicing martial art since he was 7 years old. He has trained and competed in Sanshou, Chinese Kung Fu,and has some training in Karate, boxing, and various other martial arts. He later would have the good fortune on being to work on a several projects and sets for stunt work. Dropping out of film for a bit to focus on martial arts and school. He later was able to work on Lone Ranger as a background and miner for stunts. Gary has been able to train with many amazing stunt professionals such as Mike Chat of XMA and Kisu Stars. Currently Gary has been training a stunt team and martial arts courses and bringing martial arts in movies to life as a choreographer, fight director, and stunt coordinator
  • Drew Lopez is from a small town; Las Cruces, New Mexico. Him and his family moved around a lot as a child but eventually they found their way back to Las Cruces. Drew enjoys being out doors and playing sports. He picked these hobbies because of the competition and for a split second his mind is silent. He started boxing as a kid and been training for the last 16 years. He is now a certified boxer, boxing coach, and personal trainer. Just recently, Drew started helping out at the local church as a youth pastor to give back to the community, help out future generations, and spread Gods word. Drew started acting in 2022 in Phoenix, Arizona. In a couple years time, he worked on projects featured on Disney, HBO, and Amazon. He has also directed, wrote, stunt coordinated and produced various films. Drew Lopez is a hard working actor, enjoys new challenges and is always looking for new goals

In just one eight-year span, they worked on more than 1,485 films and 460 television episodes for clients in the film and TV industry. And in one year alone, they’ll work on as many as 340-plus gaming projects.
