ReporterShantar Baxter Clinton is the hourly News Reporter for KSFR. His parents are from Connecticut and he grew up throughout the New England states and has traveled the continental U.S. Baxter has a mixed heritage; Black, Schaghticoke Indigenous-American, Italian, Scottish, Hungarian and German. He attended Saint Johnsbury Academy for high school and proceeded to college after his sophomore year. He’s earned an Associates of the Arts from Bard College at Simons Rock and a Bachelors in journalism with a minor in anthropology from the University of Maine. He also attended Kent State University while completing his undergrad and studied in Florence, Italy for a semester.
