Community Matters host Sarah Amador-Guzman speaks with Lina Germann, Founder & CEO of STEM Santa Fe, about the organization's mission of advocating for, developing, and providing Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics programming, mentoring and resources for all youth -- especially under-represented groups in STEM.

Dr. Lina Germann is the Founder and CEO of STEM Santa Fe, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Under Lina’s leadership, STEM Santa Fe was awarded the Non-Profit of the Year for New Mexico Excellence in STEM award in 2018 by Air Force Research Laboratory New Mexico and the Piñon Visionary Award in 2022 by Santa Fe Community Foundation. In addition, in 2022 Lina received the Mentor of the Year for New Mexico Excellence in STEM award by Air Force Research Laboratory New Mexico.
