When Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham appointed Mike Hamman as State Engineer in February the move was praised by people across New Mexico.
Hamman had been the state’s water advisor and he was quickly confirmed by the State Senate.
On Tuesday we spoke with him from his office in Albuquerque.
