Join Peggy Immel for an en plein air painting workshop where, throughout the property, autumn’s brilliant colors should be at their peak. Unlimited subjects can be found on this glorious 148-acre historic ranch with its extensive apple orchards and spectacular cottonwood stands along the Rio Grande River. Peggy will begin each day with a demonstration and discussion of her painting technique. The rest of the day participants can create their own paintings. Peggy will provide personal instruction and guidance while people paint. Although daily demonstrations will be in oil, other media are welcome. No prior en plein air painting experience is necessary, but participants need to have their own portable plein air painting kit and some experience with their chosen painting medium.
