NM Red Cross Psychological First-Aid Workshop for military familes
Our Red Cross volunteer, a licensed mental healthcare provider, will explain and demonstrate useful skills in an interactive Psychological First-Aid workshop - COPING WITH CHANGE. This workshop is open to all individuals with any military affiliation or background including dependants, spouses, and extended family. In this workshop, you will be able to learn a set of basic actions, provide immediate support, and learn & provide coping skills. Using this tool in times of stress can help foster increased resiliency in yourself and those around you.
