Jamie Figueroa, award-winning author of "Brother, Sister, Mother, Explorer" and "Mother Island: A Daughter Claims Puerto Rico," talks about her work as an author and a teacher. She is one of three authors participating in the Santa Fe Community College's Library and Creative Writing Program's free online Writing Generation Series, which starts Feb. 18.
