Join us as we sit down with two of the leading organizers behind Santa Fe's third annual Women's March, Sarah Ghiorse, executive director of NewMexicoWomen.org and Cecile Lipworth, founder of Ripple Catalyst Studio. Others who helped organize the event were Christina Castro, with 3 Sisters Collective. They discuss the challenge that faces women this year in "resisting the urge" to divide and take the conversation beyond a "debate" into a complex dialogue required to truly move their movement forward in bringing greater voice to the struggles that all women face across a wide variety of perspectives. Their goal is to above all use this moment not to divide but strengthen, empower and heighten the collective voices in unity that make up the many faceted layers of female community.
