The non-profit New Mexico Ethics Watch is holding its second annual essay contest for high school students statewide. The deadline for submissions is May 15th. The topic is: “Thinking ethically, do the ends ever justify the means?” KSFR News Director Tom Trowbridge discussed the contest with N.M.E.W.’s Executive Director, Kathleen Sabo.
