Since the reign of Muammar Gaddafi ended, Libya has become splintered as two governments struggle to gain support and recognition. Now, Seif al-Islam Gaddafi, the former dictator's son, is out of jail and seeking power. Libyan journalist Mustafa Fetouri told KSFR's Dave Marash on HERE AND THERE why the policies of the younger Gaddafi may differ from his father's.
