A Madison, WI biotech company makes a product that it claims will improve memory and "aging" brains in just 90 days. This expensive, over-the-counter brain supplement, is called Prevagen. But the government and some consumer groups say that such claims are grossly misleading. The Federal Trade Commission, the state of New York and consumer groups like AARP filed a lawsuit to derail the advertising, saying that there's no solid evidence that Prevagen actually works.
