Santa Fe Wants It Both Ways In Voting System Debate

Ranked choice voting will go forward in Santa Fe, but then again.. it may not. The city's council members agreed to something of a two-pronged, if not two-faced, solution to the voting system debate after a special meeting on Monday.  KSFR's Ellen Lockyer has more.
