KSFR public radio, is seeking an account representative to sell air time to for-profit and non-profit organizations within northern New Mexico.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain relationship with existing clients
Cultivate new clients
Create proposals
Negotiate contracts
Write copy
Make sales presentations
Coordinate production and scheduling of underwriting spots
Assist with negotiating trade for goods and services
Maintain accurate records of clients
Prepare regular activity reports for management
Participate in fundraising campaigns
Represent the company at public events as appropriate
Required Skills and Attributes
Two years of experience working in marketing and/or sales
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Possess an outgoing personality
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
Familiarity with CRM software
