April 6 - With 15 Behavioral Health Centers Cleared Of Fraud, Will State Gov't Return Frozen Funds?

Now that the Attorney General has exonerated all of the nonprofit New Mexico providers accused of fraud in the mental health upheaval of 2013, questions remain about whether the money held by government officials will be returned.  KSFR’s Deborah Martinez reports an attorney for 10 providers is demanding Governor Susana Martinez’s administration follow federal law and release reimbursement funds immediately.  Meanwhile Governor Martinez is lashing out against the Attorney General.
