The KSFR community lost a treasured dear friend and colleague on Friday, February 12th, Dr. Charles Maynard.
“Chuck” as we knew him was a retired physician and assisted KSFR News for years producing and reporting via breaking news--often live--and numerous feature stories he voiced. In addition, Chuck assisted by providing news anchors with many well-written, “for the ear” stories and produced many on a topic he knew well and was close to his heart--medical and health-related news
Fellow KSFR reporter Mary Lou Cooper inform us services for Charles Maynard will be held at St. John’s Methodist Church this coming Saturday at 1 p.m.
