Oct. 1 - Class Action Lawsuit Places VW Blame On New Mexico Dealerships

With recent revelations that Volkswagen rigged its diesel cars to avoid accurate emissions testings, questions abound as to who knew what and for how long. What remains clear is that those who bought the vehicles thinking they were getting an environmentally clean car were completely duped. In a class action lawsuit filed this week attorneys are taking aim at the New Mexico car dealerships that sold the cars, saying they should have known the environmental claims were false.
