A disheartening follow-up: Just this morning we found out that Pagosa Springs, Colorado has defeated Santa Fe. The final tally was incredibly close, with Pagosa Springs taking slightly more than 50-percent of the vote, making it to the round of 16. OUTSIDE will feature the final 16 towns in its September 2015 issue.
