April 16 - DOJ to Argue for Implementation of Immigration Actions in New Orleans

An immigration show-down of sorts will take place in New Orleans tomorrow. That’s when a three judge panel of the fifth Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments on the Department of Justice’s efforts to lift a federal judge’s February injunction blocking President Obama’s immigration actions from taking effect.
