The New Mexico Senate has approved a $6.2 billion spending proposal for the next fiscal year, which calls for a 37 million dollar bump for education initiatives. KSFR's Zelie Pollon caught up with Education Secretray Hanna Skandera this morning during education day at the Roundhouse. Listen Here
