Mora County Fracking Ban Overturned

On Tuesday a federal judge overturned Mora County’s ordinance banning oil and natural gas drilling. District Judge James Browning’s 199 page order declared the County’s ordinance invalid. Attorney Jeffery Haas has been representing Mora County and some of the interveners in the case. KSFR's Zelie Pollon spoke to him about the Judge’s ruling. Listen Here
