Source NM's Ryan Lowery speaks about his reporting concerning Republican gubernatorial candidate Mark Ronchetti receiving a cash donation from a woman who was part of an attempt to falsely allocate the state’s electoral votes to Donald Trump, a recently filed finance report shows.
