How to Save Money and Avoid Scams
The Consumer Protection Division of the New Mexico Attorney General's office is the go-to place to shield the public from fraudulent and unfair business practices. The division monitors business practices, resolves business practices that violate New Mexico law, educates consumers (including immigrants) about their rights, investigates claims of business wrongdoing and sometimes litigates serious consumer protection cases.
