Seasonal Cooking Class at Reunity Resources Farm with The Sprouting Kitchen
Slow Food Santa Fe is delighted to be partnering again this year with the Sprouting Kitchen and Reunity Resources Farm for this tour and hands-on cooking class.
We’ll start with a tour of Reunity, a beautiful farm in Santa Fe practicing organic and regenerative agriculture. Next, Sprouting Kitchen’s founder and owner Fallon Bader will lead us in cooking a dinner with just-harvested farm produce. You’ll learn about local farms, sustainability, nutrition, and cooking techniques and enjoy a fabulous meal outdoors with friends old and new. We can’t wait!
