Generations Align! Sharing Wisdom for Climate Action
Remy’s Good Day Fund is partnering with YUCCA (Youth United for Climate Crisis Action) to present the first event in a series - Generations Align! Sharing Wisdom for Climate Action - taking place at the Museum of Indian Arts + Culture on Friday, June 30, 2023, and featuring a discussion between youth climate activists and author/photographer Paola Gianturco, author/professor Larry L. Rasmussen, artist/author Roxanne Swentzell.
Remy’s Good Day Fund is proud to bring Generations Align! Sharing Wisdom for Climate Action to the Museum of Indian Arts + Culture. This panel discussion is a collaborative conversation bringing together two generations to save our planet. Three Grandparents will share their knowledge and experience working to protect the planet for future generations and their concerns for their grandchildren. Three youth panelists will share their vision and calls for change and what they need from the generations that came before them in order to build a truly intergenerational movement for transformative climate justice.
The event on June 30, 2023 will be a live panel discussion, free and open to the public. The event starts at 4pm with an hour for the panel discussion followed by 30 mins of a Q&A, and then a reception from 5:30 to 6:30pm. Seating is limited so a reservation for admission can be made at generationsalign.eventbrite.com or on our website at remysgooddayfund.org/ga where there is more info about our panelists.
