Dawn to Dusk at Coronado with Yerba Mansa Project

Dawn to Dusk at Coronado with Yerba Mansa Project

Coronado Historic Site offers extended hours from dawn until dusk, on the First Sunday of each month to allow visitors an opportunity to see the site at these beautiful times of day. Join a 90-minute trail talk on native herbal and medicinal plants from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. led by staff from The Yerba Mansa Project. This Albuquerque-based community-supported non-profit supports the health of ecologically and culturally important native edible and medicinal plants and provides an opportunity for people to reclaim their role in caretaking land and perpetuating culinary and healing traditions.

Dawn to Dusk gives visitors to enjoy the site and activities in the early mornings, throughout the day, and into the evening. First Sundays are free to all New Mexico residents with ID. Regular admission of $7 for adults for non-residents. Children 16 and younger free.
