Dawn to Dusk at Coronado Historic Site

Dawn to Dusk at Coronado Historic Site

Coronado Historic Site offers extended hours from dawn until dusk, on the First Sunday of each month, May through October, to allow visitors an opportunity to see the site at these beautiful times of day. From 2 – 4 p.m., visit with rescue birds from Wildlife Rescue, Inc. of New Mexico. The early mornings are a great time to see a multitude of different birds, while the evenings offer unparalleled views of the Sandia Mountains glowing pink at sunset. Activities for people of all ages are available and we invite New Mexico residents to enjoy free admission to learn more about the rich history in their backyard.
