Santa Fe's contribution to fighting climate warming is contained in a strategy dubbed the Sustainable Santa 
Fe 25 Year Plan. At this week's City Council meeting, authors of the work, which aims for carbon neutrality by the year 2040, presented their findings. KSFR's Ellen Lockyer has the story.
