State AG Balderas Wants Comprehensive School Safety Plan

New Mexico's Attorney General Hector Balderas has contacted the state's Public Education Department with a request for a comprehensive plan for school safety procedures statewide.  KSFR's Ellen Lockyer spoke with the AG's office about a letter sent to PED, which points out the discrepancies in current regulations among the different school districts, while highlighting the lack of modern safety techniques in New Mexico schools.
