Espanola Mayor-Elect Seeks Strong Identity For City

Espanola's new mayor plans to move forward, by taking a few steps back.  If this sounds like a conundrum, it isn't.  Javier Sanchez won the mayor's seat with an overwhelming majority in a three-candidate race in March, and now, he's aiming to forge a strong identity for the city in the Valley.  KSFR spoke with Sanchez this week.
