New Mexico's Public Regulation Commission has done an about-face on its December ruling against a rate hike requested by Public Services Company, New Mexico (PNM). PNM had threatened the commission with litigation if the panel did not reconsider the earlier decision on a rate settlement. As KSFR's Ellen Lockyer reports it's still too early to say what the next step will be.
