New Mexico Homelessness on the Rise

A new HUD report indicates that New Mexico's rate of unsheltered persons has gained since 2016.  Hank Hughes, Executive Director of New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness, gives insight into the numbers and percentages in the report, and comments on the reasons for homelessness and the ways communities are combating the problem.
