County Questions Phase Three Annexation

A plan to annex Santa Fe County-owned neighborhoods to within Santa Fe city limits is causing anxiety for some county homeowners who question whether or not they want to become city residents. KSFR's Ellen Lockyer  reports the annexation plan has been on the books for years, but some residents affected by the last phase of the annexation say they aren't sure the city will provide for their rural lifestyle.
