Beware of Telephone Fraud

According to call protection experts, nearly half of all calls made to mobile phones in 2019 will likely be fraudulent. Common scams relate to Social Security, health insurance, jury duty, pain products and tech support--which con artists use to get your personal information and ultimately your money. KSFR reporter Mary Lou Cooper talks with AARP fraud expert Doug Shadel to find out what consumers can do to outsmart the con artists.
