March 28 At Noon: Same-sex marriage, busted reservoir pipe, low Rio Grande flows

On Thursday's midday report:  A busy night at Santa Fe city hall as supporters and a few opponents of same-sex marriage turn out to voice their opinions.....No water has gone into or come out of the water treatment plant on Canyon Road for more than a month.
