"Klezocalypse Now!" is a wild ride through Klezmer and Jewish music in all its forms. The show features a wide array of diverse instrumentalists and vocalists who sing in Yiddish, Ladino, Hebrew, and more. Hear old-time Klezmer favorites recorded as early as 1909, Klezmer-fusion musicians who experiment with the sound of Klezmer music beyond what has been considered "traditional", original Klezmer and Hassidc music written by contemporary musicians, and more. Through the lens of a new theme each week, host Judah Horowitz explores the deepest nooks and crannies of Klezmer, from the hits to the obscure.
