Today at 1:30 the New Mexico Supreme Court hears oral arguments in the case that goes by the shorthand, the Copper Rule, and which concerns the water quality control act and the regulation of water pollution by industrial polluters. One of the appellants in that case is the Gila Resources Information Project. KSFR's Ellen Berkovitch spoke to the director Allyson Siwik.
