Sometimes the ability of journalists to report a story tells a lot about the story.  Take, for example, the story of what's happening these days in Iraq, where Iranian-influence Shi'ite militiamen have been ethnically cleansing Sunni civilians for areas where they have lived for generations.  Albuquerque photo-journalist Jim Spiri told Dave Marash on HERE AND THERE this is not a story the US government and the US military want to be presented to Americans.  Some evidence that backs up this judgment comes from Spiri's experiences as a photo-journalist covering American forces in Afghanistan and Iraq.
