KSFR Privacy Policy

You can be sure that we take every precaution to keep your personal information as safe as possible. KSFR has created this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect particular information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our Web site ksfr.org.

In order to fully understand your rights we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy. KSFR reserves the right at any time and without notice to change this Privacy Policy simply by posting such changes on our Site. Any such change will be effective immediately upon posting. Online Contributions:

The KSFR.org website is hosted by National Public Radio's Digital Services. This includes the secure online donation page which you reach from KSFR.org. When you click on the homepage button “Donate Now!” you go to our online donation page at CiviCRM. The URL for the page will look like this,

Storage of Personally Identifiable InformationInformation you provide in donations made by mail or phone calls to KSFR also stored in CiviCRM’s offsite secure data center. The same goes for information you provide in donations to the KSFR Auction and Car Donation programs. This information is only accessible to a small number of qualified KSFR staff members. We do not see or store data in any other portion of our website, unless you are disclosing it in our public comments sections or in your e-mail correspondence to NPR and KSFR. We do not store any credit card information, only dates and amounts of any contributions.

Never Share:

KSFR has not and will not share your email address, mailing address, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information with anyone, subject to applicable law.

Contacting You:

KSFR may contact you occasionally with our monthly e-newsletter and other important announcements. This is the best way to learn about the many opportunities you have to gather with the KSFR Community and get the inside scoop on KSFR news and music. It also makes it a lot easier for us to remind you how much your support is needed to do all this good stuff.

Opt Out:

If you don't want us to contact you, you can find an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each of our email newsletters. You can also drop us an email at info@ksfr.org letting us know you would like to be removed from our mailing lists.

Tracking:

KSFR does track general information about people visiting our site and other pages with trusted third party tracking service by reading browser settings. This does not include any personal information. It just helps us figure out how many folks are enjoying what we do online and how to improve our service to you.
