June 16 - Dirty Dealings In Connecticut Insurance Company Mergers?

CIGNA and Anthem, two of the nation's largest health insurance providers, are on the verge of merging. CIGNA is based in Connecticut, sometimes called "The Insurance State."  Although this merger and one involving AETNA and Humana will leave just three mega-companies dominating American health insurance, Connecticut officials seem ready to approve them both.
