Governor Susana Martinez on Thursday vetoed legislation that would have expanded dog and cat sterilizations by collecting a new fee from pet food manufacturers.
One of the bill’s sponsors was Santa Fe Representative Carl Trujillo. KSFR’s Tom Trowbridge spoke with Trujillo after the Governor announced the veto.
